We at GVA Logs are committed to providing high-quality woodsure-approved, kiln-dried hardwood logs. If you're dissatisfied with your recent purchase, please review the following information regarding our returns policy.
Dissatisfied with Your Order?
If you're not happy with the product you have received, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You can reach us by emailing info@gva-trees.com or calling 01422 737 044. Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and, if possible, a photograph of the product. This helps us understand the problem and find the best solution.
Our Policy
As our products are natural and sensitive to moisture, we can only accept returns under specific circumstances.
- Damaged or Incorrect Product: If the kiln-dried logs you receive are clearly damaged or if the wrong product was delivered, we'll arrange for a collection and either replace the order or issue a full refund.
- Quality Concerns: If you believe the kiln-dried logs do not meet our quality standards, we will assess the issue. We may ask you to return a small sample for us to inspect. Based on our findings, we may offer a partial or full refund, or we may replace the product.
Important Information
- Log Condition: Kiln-dried logs are a natural product, and some variation in size and shape is normal. Our process ensures a consistently low moisture content for optimal burning.
- Storage: Please ensure you store the logs in a dry, well-ventilated area. We cannot be held responsible for logs that become damp or degrade after delivery due to improper storage.
- Returns Process: Once we confirm that a return is necessary, we'll coordinate a convenient time to collect the logs from your location in Greetland, Halifax, West Yorkshire. We'll issue your refund or arrange for a replacement after the logs have been collected.
